There’s 3 Main Aspects You Need to Understand

The 14th Amendment which was never ratified by the states, it created a new type of American called a citizen/U.S. Citizen.

This was done as to punish the South during the Civil War. Slaves were never given human rights, only civil rights and thus the U.S. Citizen was born.  Still the same to this day.

What Money Isn’t

When you receive a bill from a corporation it is not really a bill, it is a check that you can turn into a money order per HJR 192 of June 5, 1933.

The United States went bankrupt in 1933, by filing Chapter 11, so there is no more gold or silver to back our money supply.  Since 1933, no one in America has been able to lawfully “pay” a debt.

This will remove any IRS bills u have now or in the future.
Then special indorse ur latest student loan bill & send w/ notice of final payment.
This will discharge any balance on your acct.

They most likely will send you a letter stating they need a month to review, then another saying another month to review, and then you prob won’t hear from them again. Or they will send you a letter saying they’ve adjusted the account as per the Affidavit.

IRS case closed.

Student loans you will also receive a letter back and that is ok.

You will need to study up.

Performance on the instrument is lawful. You request they send you a copy of the invoice, copy of our signatures on the loan, proof that they put up collateral for the loan as you are prepared to make final payment. That bill (of exchange) that they send IS the check that you will send back with the proper special endorsements.

One could send in affidavit of novation– to actually change the contract– when they do not respond to during the time permitted (usually 30 days) then the contract forfeits by law to the affidavit contract.
